Tarn has the ability to manipulate sparks with the vocal range of his voice. (With player permission) he can for ex: cause HUGE AMOUNTS OF PAIN STRAIGHT INTO THEIR ROBOT SOUL or even kill people this way (if they are spark-powered) CAN HE MESS WITH YOUR CHARACTER'S SPARK? (Provided they have one) Y|N?.
Tarn is also a tough cookie + a genius at sadism, CAN HE HURT YOUR CHARACTERS? Y|N?
Furthermore, Tarn knows A LOT of trivia about the IDW Decepticons, is there anything you'd like him (Me) to know in particular about your character? I haven't read all of IDW's published stuff, so LET ME KNOW IF I SHOULD KNOW SOMETHING? Y|N?
Tarn also has this day job (and hobby) where he hunts down (IDW) Decepticon traitors and brutally murders them. I'm not keen on stepping on any toes or barging into existing plots accidentally so WOULD YOU LIKE TO KEEP TARN AWAY FROM YOUR CHARACTER and/or PLOTS? Y|N?

And sure, Shockwave may need a little convincing to do specific projects, but he won't have any issues cutting people up for "JUSTICE" or whatever it is you call it Tarn. Considering he seems to be targeting the IDW bots, the allure of looking at the insides of an alt. universe Cybertronian or something like that could work.
