•  Tarn has the ability to manipulate sparks with the vocal range of his voice. (With player permission) he can for ex: cause HUGE AMOUNTS OF PAIN STRAIGHT INTO THEIR ROBOT SOUL or even kill people this way (if they are spark-powered) CAN HE MESS WITH YOUR CHARACTER'S SPARK? (Provided they have one) Y|N?. 
• Tarn is also a tough cookie + a genius at sadism, CAN HE HURT YOUR CHARACTERS? Y|N?
• Furthermore, Tarn knows A LOT of trivia about the IDW Decepticons, is there anything you'd like him (Me) to know in particular about your character? I haven't read all of IDW's published stuff, so LET ME KNOW IF I SHOULD KNOW SOMETHING? Y|N?
• Tarn also has this day job (and hobby) where he hunts down (IDW) Decepticon traitors and brutally murders them. I'm not keen on stepping on any toes or barging into existing plots accidentally so WOULD YOU LIKE TO KEEP TARN AWAY FROM YOUR CHARACTER and/or PLOTS? Y|N?

EDIT: Tarn violence now includes violence caused by unfortunate turbofox mauling.

I MEANT BLACKSHADOW! Derp.

And yeah, I WANT to believe that Overlord could mop the floor with Tarn, because otherwise Tarn would just be ridiculously overpowered since he's got a team on his side. He obviously thinks he + team are enough to take on Overlord NOW, but he might be aware of Overlord's shiny new weakened state. Somehow.

As a heads up, I'm currently playing Tarn as "biding his time" re: Overlord because he KNOWS he's liable to get his face knocked in if he goes after the guy immediately. Probably. There'll be a confrontation I'm SURE, but it certainly won't be until Tarn thinks the odds are more to his side.

HELLO NEW FRIEND. I am afraid that Zer0 is trying to find out your identity as Ambulon's torturer/murderer in order to kill you. Partly in hopes of a reward, mostly for funsies.

-- Zer0 has no spark; I'm going to say Tarn's voice won't do a whole lot to him.

-- Tarn can hurt, kill, and/or torture Zer0, but he'll have to catch him first! I'm sure that if it comes up, we'll be talking about it anyway.

-- Power levels: Zer0 has the capability of going toe to bullet with giant robots! He does face one or two in his canon. The way I figure it is that if Tarn (or whoever) can get his hands on Zer0, Zer0 will have a very bad day, very quickly, but if Zer0 can avoid being grabbed and evade fusion cannon blasts to the face, he'll put up a surprisingly good fight! It may devolve into a Yakety Sax routine, mind. I make no promises.

- This also sounds great! While I don't know anything about Borderlands, I don't doubt that Zer0 will have the skills to bounce around and evade giant ham-hands here. So long as Tarn doesn't grab him or land a shot, I think Zer0 should be fine, yes! I'm not sure if you're familiar with MTMTE (canon Tarn is from) but (unless this is a red herring / will be retconned later) Tarn turns out to be this canon's version of ... super extra super robot super soldier. In the sense that he's a 'phase sixer' which means he's virtually indestructible.

So while I'm sure Zer0 could survive an encounter against Tarn, just because he's so god-mode sturdy, I think the fight would become something more like a Pyramid Head Silent Hill fight, where the goal is simply to outlast / survive the boss battle instead of taking OUT the boss.

Does that make any sense? UNLESS ZER0 HAS SKILLS / ARTILERY I'M NOT AWARE OF WHICH IS SUPER POSSIBLE SINCE ... I dunno Borderlands.

No, that makes perfect sense! Zer0 DOES have a couple of tricks to make Tarn's day a sadder one - chemically reactive bullets, one corrosive for use against, well, robots etc, one that just kinda increases all other damage and is gross besides. That's probably not enough to do Tarn in, though, not without like days of whaling on him. XD Zer0 will probably run out of bullets first. The idea of this, like, days-long fight of STAND STILL!! vs. NEED MORE BULLETS is kinda hilarious to me!

What's better is that even IF there was a perfect scenario for a days long battle... TARN MIGHT JUST WANDER OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF IT. He kind of sometimes has a really weird short attention span. (More than) Once he was in the middle of killing a dude AND THEN FOR VERY LITTLE REASON, HE JUST ... STOPS... AND THEN WANDERS OFF TO DO SOMETHING ELSE... BECAUSE HE JUST DOESN'T CARE.

Imagine Zer0 getting into the groove of this very dangerous and heavy game of cat and mouse... and then suddenly the robot turns into a tank and drives away... to a coffee shop down the road and gets a robot frappachino.

Ahaha, it must get difficult to parse since not only are robots crap at naming things, Tarn and his friend Kaon both took their aliases from Cybertronian cities ... that exist in most continuities.

So it's sometimes hard to figure out if someone is talking about the robot sadists, or the robot cities.
